Here is a look at what players and coaches were saying after West Virginia's 30-21 win over Oklahoma State:

* OSU offensive lineman Parker Graham on the loss: “As a senior, it's just frustrating for guys like me and (Caleb Lavey) who just want to do so well so bad and things just didn't go our way. That's life. Things aren't always going to go your way. So we're gonna pick ourselves up as a team and we're gonna get in there on Sunday and make corrections and come out ready to fight next Saturday.”

* West Virginia coach Dana Holgorsen on the win: “There was a lot of talk about people giving up on this team, and that we were going to get blown out. I did not sense that out on Mountaineer Field, and the fans were as good as I've seen them.”

* OSU coach Mike Gundy on the Cowboys' inability to score from inside the 5: “There's certain things that we all take for granted at this level of football — short field goals, being on the 1-yard line and scoring. And when you fall short in those areas, the emotions go to the other team and to their crowd.”

* OSU quarterback J.W. Walsh on his fourth-quarter interception: “Just a bad throw. I escaped out of the pocket and Tracy was right in front of me (with) nobody on him and I threw it over his head. Bad throw.”

* OSU offensive coordinator Mike Yurcich on the turnovers: “We drill ball security every day, and it's something (that) we know how important it is and how critical it is and how it correlates to wins and losses.”

* OSU safety Daytawion Lowe on the defense's performance: “We got a couple turnovers. We needed a couple more to win this game.”
