Oklahoma State guard Marcus Smart named candidate for 2014 Bob Cousy Award

Suspension or not, Oklahoma State's Marcus Smart is one of the top guards in the nation.

The sophomore is one of 23 finalists for the Bob Cousy Award, given annually to the nation's best point guard. Beginning Tuesday (at 10 a.m.) and ending March 10, fans will be able to vote for the Cousy Award final five. The final handful of players will be presented to Cousy and the Hall of Fame selection committee.



The winner of the Cousy Award will be announced at the Hall of Fame's Class Announcement as part of NCAA Final Four weekend.
