Oklahoma State quickly saw results from one of its more important visit weekends of the recruiting season, as Tucker (Ga.) Tucker safety Kirk Tucker has committed to the Cowboys.

Tucker, who is rated a three-star prospect by Rivals, was originally committed to Stanford but was not admitted to the school. He also considered Oregon and Vanderbilt, according to Rivals.

OSU also hosted River Ridge (La.) John Curtis linebacker Kenny Young this weekend. A four-star prospect rated in Rivals overall top 100, Young is still scheduled to visit UCLA on Jan. 31 and make his college announcement on Signing Day.

Jenks safety Steven Parker, a four-star prospect also rated in Rivals top 100, was also scheduled to visit OSU this past weekend. But, according to Rivals, a basketball conflict prevented that from happening.
