Court clears the way for late tax payments

The state Supreme Court paved the way Friday for a $32 million tax amnesty program for delinquent taxpayers that begins Monday.

The tax amnesty program that runs through Nov. 14 enables Oklahomans to pay their delinquent taxes without the normal financial penalties for late payment.
