— Oklahoma State University rodeo team members have a new title for alumnus Cody Hollingsworth. They call him coach.

Hollingsworth attended OSU and competed on the rodeo team from 1996 to 1998 in bull riding, before transferring to Colorado State University and earning bachelor of science degrees in agricultural business and animal science.

“I am excited to be working with the student athletes as well as the rodeo community in building the program here at Oklahoma State,” Hollingsworth said.

Hollingsworth is a licensed real estate broker in Colorado and Oklahoma. He and his wife have owned a marketing agency specializing in the horse and rodeo industry for five years.

“My wife, Katie, daughter, Sydney, and I relocated our home and business to Stillwater two years ago, and we have enjoyed becoming active in the community,” he said.

Hollingsworth is a part of a new era in OSU rodeo managed under the auspices of the university's Division of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources.
