Nathan Cochran, 22, was being held Thursday evening in the Payne County jail in lieu of $100,000 bail.
Cochran appeared for an arraignment in Payne County District Court earlier in the day via a video teleconference, where his attorney asked for a reduction in the bail amount. Payne County Special District Judge R.L. Hert Jr. set a bail reduction hearing for 1:30 p.m. Wednesday.
Cochran is charged in connection with a series of reported sexual assaults, some of which are alleged to have occurred on campus at OSU.

“He's hoping for justice,” the attorney said.
Stillwater police are investigating a string of reported sexual assaults involving the FarmHouse fraternity at OSU. Stillwater police Capt. Randy Dickerson said some of the men who told police they'd been sexually assaulted were FarmHouse members. Cochran is a former member of the fraternity.
