OSU coasted to its third-straight dual win on Saturday with a 36-7 win over Cal-Bakersfield at Gallagher-Iba Arena.

The Cowboys had five bonus-point wins, three by pin, and took eight of the 10 matches.

“Overall it was a good match to get through and to get ready for (OU),” OSU coach John Smith said.

The dual was OSU's first with a full-strength lineup in a month as 197-pound starter Blake Rosholt returned after being out with a shoulder injury. While 10th-ranked Rosholt lost, 6-4 in overtime, Smith was happy to see him back in the lineup.

“It was important for him to get out there and realize he can go,” Smith said. “We'll decide on when we're going to use him in our lineup as we move forward, but there's no question he's our guy for the Big 12 and NCAA championships.”
