Oklahoma State's James Anderson didn’t get enough help

"James isn’t going to be able to do this by himself,” the Oklahoma State basketball coach said of Cowboy star James Anderson. "Somebody else is going to have to step (up) here.”
He looked around the locker room at his team.
"So, who else is going to step up?”
The answer: no one.
The result: a 72-60 loss to Texas.
On a night when the Cowboys had a chance to score another Big Monday shocker, they instead wasted the latest in an ever-expanding string of great games by Anderson. He scored 28 points, showing off his versatility and proving himself the best on a court packed with big-time ball players.
It was all for naught because Obi Muonelo and Marshall Moses didn’t start hitting shots until it was too late, because Keiton Page never did hit any shots and because the Cowboys simply didn’t give Anderson enough support.
"You know, some guys tried,” Ford said. "It was just not enough help.”
Anderson’s first-half performance was one for the ages. Anderson had 24 points on 8-of-9 shooting at halftime, nearly outscoring the Longhorns by himself.
