Oklahoma Tax Commission sued
ENID — Ada Electric Cars filed a lawsuit against the Oklahoma Tax Commission on Wednesday, seeking to prevent the agency from enforcing an emergency rule that prohibits buyers of the company’s electric vehicles from claiming a state tax credit.
