Oklahoma teacher at Putnam City High School arrested on rape complaints
WARR ACRES — A Spanish teacher accused of having a sexual relationship with a Putnam City High School student has been arrested on rape complaints, authorities said Tuesday.
Lisa Kays , 46, of Yukon, was arrested Monday on three complaints of rape and two complaints of forcible oral sodomy. Officials allege Kays had a relationship with a 17-year-old male student.
