NORMAN — Oklahoma and Texas Tech will kick off at 3:46 p.m. Saturday afternoon after a brief weather delay.
The Big 12 Conference game was originally scheduled to begin at 2:30 p.m.
Fans were permitted to enter the stadium at around 2:20 p.m. after OU officials were notified that the weather had cleared up.
