Oklahoma teen killed on his birthday in two-vehicle collision

A teenager was killed on his birthday in a two-vehicle collision early Thursday, Tulsa police said.

A westbound Dodge pickup truck collided with a northbound Mitsubishi Galant at the intersection of 11th Street and Memorial Drive just before 5 a.m., Cpl. Brian Collum said.

A 16-year-old a passenger in the car was pronounced dead at the scene. It was his birthday, Collum said.
