Steven Ray Thacker is set for execution Tuesday night at the Oklahoma State Penitentiary. The 42-year-old waived his right to a clemency hearing, indicating he wouldn't try to stop the planned execution.

Authorities say Thacker raped and killed 25-year-old Laci Dawn Hill in December 1999. Authorities say Thacker then killed 24-year-old Forrest Reed Boyd in Missouri on Jan. 1, 2000, and 52-year-old Ray Patterson in Tennessee the following day.

Thacker received a separate death sentence for Patterson's death.

The attorney general's office says relatives of all three victims are expected to attend Tuesday's execution.
