Oklahoma Tower, a downtown Oklahoma City skyscraper, is for sale

Roy T. Oliver has put downtown skyscraper Oklahoma Tower on the market, asking $62.5 million, more than twice what he paid for it in 2005.

Co-owner Mark Beffort said the investor owners led by Oliver had been getting unsolicited inquiries, and so decided to solicit some for the 31-story office tower built in 1982 at 210 Park Ave.

They paid $30 million for it six years ago.
