Oklahoma troopers step up holiday patrols

Travelers across the state during the next two weeks will see an increase in the number of troopers on the roads, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol said Wednesday.

Fatal wrecks are down so far this year, and the patrol said in a news release that troopers want to see the trend continue until the end of the year.
