Oklahoma media outlets join forces for project

In the months ahead, The Oklahoman will collaborate with other news organizations to analyze why Oklahoma puts more women in prison per capita than any other state, what happens to the children they leave behind and what steps elected officials might take to control costs and reduce prison overcrowding.
