Oklahoma woman dies from injuries suffered in Friday crash

Ruby Hoskison, 86, of Allen, died at a Tulsa hospital about 7:25 p.m. Saturday from injuries suffered in a Pittsburg County wreck Friday night, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol reported.

A woman died from injuries suffered in a Pittsburg County wreck, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol reported.

Ruby Hoskison, 86, of Allen, died at a Tulsa hospital about 7:25 p.m. Saturday, troopers said.

Hoskison was a passenger in a sport utility vehicle headed west on State Highway 9A on the on-ramp to U.S. 69 in Pittsburg County. The vehicle left the road and rolled about 9:35 p.m. Friday, troopers said.

The driver, Thomas Cosper, 81, of Coalgate, died Friday at a McAlester hospital.

Both were wearing seat belts, troopers said.
