MELANEY ANDERSON, WESTMOORE

Position: Pitcher

Class: Senior

The story: Anderson was 40-2, pitching every game for the state champion Jaguars. At the plate, she hit .706 with 24 home runs, 78 RBIs and scored 71 times.


ANDRIA IDLEMAN, MOORE

Position: Catcher

Class: Senior

The story: Idleman hit .565 with 20 home runs, 79 RBIs and 30 runs scored in helping the Lions reach the Class 6A semifinals.

LIZ BROYLES, BLANCHARD

Position: Infielder

Class: Senior

The story: Broyles hit .728 with 20 home runs, 55 RBIs and 74 runs scored and helped Blanchard reach the semifinals. Broyles is also very good defensively.

HANNAH LYNCH, MOORE

Position: Infielder

Class: Junior

The story: Lynch hit .621 with 20 home runs, 21 doubles, 84 RBIs and 63 runs scored. She also drew plenty of walks.

MICHALI THOMPSON, BETHEL

Position: Infielder
