Juwan Parker, Tulsa Washington

Height: 6-4

Position: G/F

Class: Sophomore

The story: Parker remained calm under the pressure of helping his team repeat as 5A state champs and in his expanding role as a team leader for the Hornets. As his game continues to grow, so does his interest from major college programs, with Oklahoma State, Tulsa and Minnesota already extending offers. He averaged 16.4 points and 10.8 rebounds per game.

Josh Richardson, Edmond Santa Fe

Height: 6-5

Position: Guard

Class: Senior

The story: A long, athletic guard who can impact the game on both ends of the floor, Richardson is one of the state's most well-rounded players. He averaged 16.5 points, 6.2 rebounds and 3.6 assists while playing point guard much of his senior year. He's being recruited by Oklahoma, Tennessee, TCU and a few other major programs.
