BALTIMORE
Coach John Russell (Norman, OU): Former Pirates manager (2008-10) is a bench coach with the Orioles, his third season in Baltimore.

BOSTON
Manager John Farrell (OSU): After leading the Blue Jays to a 154-170 record two seasons in Toronto (81-81 two years ago) Farrell replaces Bobby Valentine in Fenway Park. Farrell tries to get the Red Sox back on track after a disaster season.
CHICAGO CUBS
P Scott Baker (OSU): The 31-year-old right-hander missed the 2012 season after undergoing elbow surgery. He was 63-48 with a 4.15 ERA during his time with the Twins. He's now getting a new beginning with the Cubs.
CHICAGO WHITE SOX
Manager Robin Ventura (OSU): In his first season, with no managerial experience, Ventura had the White Sox atop the AL Central for much of the season. Chicago finished 85-77, three games behind Detroit.
LA ANGELS
P Tommy Hanson (Tulsa born): Pitching through a partially torn rotator cuff injury he experienced one of his worst seasons (13-10, 4.48 ERA) and was traded from Atlanta to the Angels.
Coach Mike Butcher (NEO): Pitching coach enters his 28th season in pro baseball, his seventh season with the Angels.
P Garrett Richards (Edmond Memorial): This is a pivotal season for the 25-year-old right-hander. He was 4-3 with a 4.69 ERA in 71 innings with the Angels last season and also spent some time in Triple-A.
LA DODGERS
OF Matt Kemp (Midwest City): One of the majors' top players. The All-Star was hampered by a severe hamstring injury that sidelined him for two months last season, but he still hit .303 with 23 HRs and 69 RBIs.
MIAMI
1B/3B Greg Dobbs (OU): The 34-year-old veteran hit .285 with 5 HRs, 39 RBIs in 319 at bats last season with the Marlins.
MINNESOTA
P Nick Blackburn (Del City, Seminole): Underwent elbow (bone chip) surgery following a disappointing season (7.39 ERA). Now a veteran. He owns a career 43-55 record with a 4.85 ERA.
Manager Ron Gardenhire (Okmulgee): The organization has slipped. “Gardy” has had only three losing seasons in 11 years as skipper, but the rebuilding Twins are coming off back-to-back losing seasons. During his time in Minnesota, he's led the small-budget Twins to six division titles (932-851 career record).
NY METS
Jeremy Hefner (Perkins, ORU): The 27-year-old relies on pinpoint control. He was 4-7 with 5.09 ERA in his first extensive stint in the majors.
OAKLAND
P Brett Anderson (Stillwater): Returned a year after undergoing Tommy John surgery. The 25-year-old left-hander helped the A's win the AL West, going 4-2 with a 2.57 ERA late in the season. When he's been healthy, he's been good (career 25-25 with 3.57 ERA).
PITTSBURGH
3B Matt Hague (OSU): Hit .229 in 70 at bats with the Pirates but will be in a battle for a roster spot.
2B Jordy Mercer (Taloga, OSU): In a brief call-up, Mercer hit .210 in 62 at bats with the Pirates but must battle for a roster spot.
ST. LOUIS
OF Matt Holliday (Stillwater): A six-time All-Star, a career .313 hitter. Provided much-needed consistent production after Albert Pujols bolted for free agency. Holliday hit .295 with 27 home runs, 102 RBIs.
