James Anderson, Philadelphia, Guard

Expected role: Former OSU star is a sharp shooter off the bench.

Blake Griffin, Los Angeles Clippers, Forward

Expected role: Former Oklahoma Christian School and Oklahoma player is co-star of the Clippers along with Chris Paul.

Xavier Henry, Los Angeles Lakers, Guard

Expected role: Former Putnam City star will tag team with Nick Young, Jodie Meeks and Wesley Johnson as fill-ins for Kobe Bryant while the Lakers star recovers from a torn Achilles.

John Lucas III, Utah, Guard

Expected role: With top 10 selection Trey Burke sidelined with a broken finger, the former Oklahoma State standout has a chance to supply backup point guard minutes for at least the first month.

Daniel Orton, Philadelphia, Center
