7th LB Corey Nelson (Denver): Three-year starter is coming off a torn pectoral muscle, a candidate for the PUP list.

7th FB Trey Millard (San Francisco): Coming off a torn ACL, the early projection is Millard will rehab while on injured reserve.

FA WR Lacoltan Bester (Houston): Faces long odds; will need to have a strong showing at training camp.

FA RB Brennan Clay (Denver): The Broncos are loaded, but Clay has proven the experts wrong before.

FA OG/C Gabe Ikard (Tennessee): One of the most coveted free agents, Ikard has a viable shot to make the team.

FA OG Bronson Irwin (Seattle): The Seahawks have one of the NFL’s top O-lines but have had injury issues.

FA S Gabe Lynn (Detroit): It will be mandatory for Lynn to play well on special teams to make 53-man roster.
