We asked for videos of your cute pets, and you obliged. Of the 14 semifinalists, we have narrowed the search for Oklahoma’s funniest pet to a winner and a runner-up.
Congratulations to the winner, Bauer, a young bullmastiff. His master, Lindsay Lusk, sent in a video showing Bauer’s adorable bone-burying procedure that won him the title of Oklahoma’s funniest pet.
Bauer thinks he can dig a hole and bury his bone anywhere. After he digs an imaginary hole for a bone, he buries it with invisible dirt. Lusk says Bauer is quite a character.
The runner-up for Oklahoma’s funniest pet is Coco, a wiry little brown mini pinscher from Edmond whose master, Drew Nixon, sent in "Coco vs. Pool Polaris.” Coco, a fierce defender of his family, takes on the pool cleaner in a suspenseful video complete with special effects and music.
