Omaha sweeps RedHawks

The Oklahoma City RedHawks' bullpen had a rough night on Tuesday.

The Omaha Storm Chasers rallied in the ninth to tie it, then beat the RedHawks 4-3 in 11 innings, completing a game suspended on June 8. Omaha proceeded to score two in the ninth inning for a 3-2, seven-inning win to sweep a doubleheader at Werner Park in Papillion, Neb.

In the completion of the suspended game, Anthony Seratelli hit an RBI single in the bottom of the 11th inning, scoring Pedro Ciriaco with the wining run.

With the RedHawks leading 3-2 in the bottom of the ninth, Omaha's Christian Colon plated Quintin Berry with they tying run to force extra innings.

Brandon Laird had two hits to pace the RedHawks' attack.

In Tuesday's regularly scheduled game, Irving Falu's double in the bottom of the seventh drove in Willy Taveras and Brett Hayes with the tying and winning runs for Omaha.

Laird had two more hits for the RedHawks.

Omaha and OKC continue the series at 12:05 p.m. Wednesday. Right-hander Brad Peacock (6-2, 2.59 ERA) will start for the RedHawks, opposed by Omaha's Justin Marks (4-10, 5.72).
