RAMONA -- In the early 1900s, there were about 5,000 people and thriving commerce.

Ramona once was home to the world's largest crude oil storage site.

Times change. Today, Ramona, south of Bartlesville, has fewer than 500 residents and is more of a stop on the road for commuters, the Bartlesville Examiner-Enterprise reports.
