One arrested in Sunday's drive-by shooting in Oklahoma City

A man was arrested within hours of a drive-by shooting Sunday night in northwest Oklahoma City, police said.

Keith Graim, 26, was arrested on a complaint of using a vehicle to facilitate intentional discharge of a firearm, Oklahoma County jail officials said Monday.

Someone called police about 9:35 p.m. Sunday and said a vehicle drove by and opened fire at a group of people standing outside an apartment building in the 8300 block of NW 10, Lt. Jason Samuel said Sunday.

Tommy Ray Harris, 37, was shot and wounded, according to the incident report.

Harris is in critical condition at OU Medical Center, hospital spokesman Scott Coppenbarger said.

Members of the police gang unit found Graim at 3021 NW 28, Sgt. Jennifer Wardlow said.

Graim's bail is set at $25,000, jail officials said.
