GLASGOW, Scotland (AP) — Maybe football isn't for One Direction singer Louis Tomlinson, after all.
The boy band star was playing in a charity match at the stadium of Scottish champion Celtic when he was knocked to the ground by Aston Villa striker Gabriel Agbonlahor as he attempted a clearance.
Tomlinson was forced to leave the field, and then vomited on the touchline.
Agbonlahor, who was the target of abuse from One Direction fans on Twitter, said "It was one of those things. I'll apologise to Louis when we meet up."
Tomlinson recently signed to play a game for second-tier English club Doncaster.
Sunday's charity match was in aid of a foundation set up by former Bulgaria captain Stiliyan Petrov, who recently retired following a battle against acute leukemia.
