Open-carriers should have their concealed-carry license visible

Regarding the open-carry law that was recently passed: To aid law enforcement officers, any person carrying a weapon openly should be required to wear — where it can easily be seen — his concealed-carry license, such as on a belt, lapel, pocket, etc. Officers don't have time to check everyone who might be seen carrying openly. This requirement should be part of the law.
