Wayne Snow, who has more than 25 years of experience in advertising, is appointed vice president of advertising for OPUBCO Communications Group.

OPUBCO Communications Group, parent company of The Oklahoman and, has appointed Wayne Snow as vice president of advertising.

“I’m very excited to join such an outstanding company, one that has made significant progress, is forward thinking, and is richly deep in talented people throughout,” Snow said. “I’m equally as impressed with OPUBCO’s commitment to serve as the fabric of this community and its various interests, while providing valuable results for our advertisers.”

Snow, who has more than 25 years of experience in advertising, most recently was corporate vice president of sales with Digital First Media.

He was vice president of advertising at the Herald-Leader in Lexington, Ky., for five years before moving to Advance Digital as general manager of Cleveland Live and He also served as director of classified advertising at the Courier-Journal in Louisville, Ky., and at The Miami Herald in Miami, Fla.
