Oral Roberts holds off Central Arkansas 70-60

TULSA, Okla. (AP) — Oral Roberts University got 13 points each from Alexus Wilson and Dorottya Balla to hold off Central Arkansas 70-60 in women's college basketball in Tulsa.

The Golden Eagles improve to 3-10 overall and 2-1 in the Southland Conference with the win. UCA falls to 8-6 on the season and is also now 2-1 in SLC play.

ORU led 42-34 at halftime.

Courtney Duever led UCA with 16 points, and Maggie Proffitt added 13.
