Oregon cruises past Utah in 2nd half 93-71

EUGENE, Ore. (AP) — Chrishae Rowe scored 38 points, including seven 3-pointers, to help Oregon pull away in the second half and beat Utah 93-71 on Saturday.

Rowe shot 12 of 23 from the floor and finished with five steals. Jillian Alleyne added 18 points and 17 rebounds, Ariel Thomas chipped in 13 points, and Lexi Petersen finished with 11 for the Ducks (13-9, 4-7 Pac-12).

Utah held the largest lead of the first half at five points, and the teams entered the break with the score tied at 36. The Ducks went on an 11-2 run early in the second half to go up for good with 14:24 remaining and racked up 57 points in the final 20 minutes.

The Utes (10-12, 3-8) had four starters finish in double digits — Malia Nawahine (19), Cheyenne Wilson (16), Michelle Plouffe (13) and Emily Potter (12) — and got just three points from their bench.
