Richard Haas is the owner and manager of The Earth Natural Foods & Deli, 309 S Flood Ave. Before buying the store, Haas, 27, was a member of the staff and had worked in another health food department in Norman . He and his wife Kate bought The Earth in 2003. The store has been in operation since the early 1970s.
