Organizations working to save bailout
Failure to pass Congress' proposed $700 billion bailout plan will limit manufacturers' ability to raise capital and curtail day-to-day operations, an industry trade group said.
The National Association of Manufacturers endorses Congressional action to help defray the crisis. And group President John Engler quickly asked Congress to reconsider its no vote on the agreement reached over the weekend.
