OSBI investigates homicide in Meeker

Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation agents have been asked to help investigate the shooting death of a man in Meeker.

OSBI agents have been asked to help investigate a homicide Sunday in Lincoln County.

Nathan Kararrah, 25, was shot to death about 1:30 a.m. outside his home in Meeker, the Oklahoma Bureau of Investigation said in a news release Sunday evening.

A suspect was at the scene when Meeker police arrived and was questioned and released. The district attorney’s office will determine whether to file charges in the case, the OSBI said.

Further details about the shooting, including the suspect’s name or the victim’s address, were not released Sunday.
