OSBI investigates two Enid officers
ENID — Two Enid police officers are under criminal investigation following the outcome of a murder trial there last Friday.
Enid Police Department Capt. Brian O’Rourke contacted the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation for help investigating the officers on Dec. 10, according to a press release from the police department.
