The OSBI was asked by Clinton police to help investigate the Dec. 27 death of 35-year-old Jessica Kaulay and the wounding Shawn Patrick Spottedwolf.

Agents said in a news release Monday that they are searching for a person who took an injured person to Clinton Regional Hospital shortly after Kaulay was shot.

The OSBI said only that the person is believed to be a witness to Kaulay's death.
