A 1993 graduated of the University of Central Oklahoma, Kevin L. Kramer started work at the OSBI in March 1995. Kramer became a supervisor in 1999. He has performed scientific analysis on suspected controlled dangerous substances and testified in court as an expert witness. He has responded to clandestine laboratories and assisted with the training of new employees and assist in training of outside agencies.
