In August, the Oklahoma Secondary School Activities Association will begin the celebration of its 100th year of service, and the association is asking for help from the public.

As part of the celebration that will last throughout the 2011-12 school year, the OSSAA would like to pay tribute to the activities that have impacted the lives of Oklahoma students.

The OSSAA is asking people who have participated in activities at Oklahoma schools to share their stories about how activities shaped their lives.

Stories and photos can be e-mailed to centennialstory@ossaa.com. The OSSAA will use the stories during the next school year to celebrate the yearlong event.

Some stories will be published in the OSSAA newsletter, and others will be shared with local media outlets.
