OSU assistant Curtis Luper joining Auburn staff

Oklahoma State assistant coach Curtis Luper will join Gene Chizik's coaching staff at Auburn, a source with knowledge of the situation told The Oklahoman on Friday.

Luper served the last four seasons at OSU as a running backs coach and assistant head coach.

His role at Auburn is currently undefined. Auburn's new offensive coordinator is Gus Malzahn who was at Tulsa this past season.

Luper could not be reached for comment.
