SCOUTING EATON
At least eight NBA scouts attended Thursday night’s game, most of them to watch Tulsa’s 7-foot center Jerome Jordan. They couldn’t help but notice OSU point guard Byron Eaton’s dominant performance. When asked what impressions he thought Eaton made, Ford said he showed some NBA skills. "I think they see Byron can run a basketball team,” Ford said. "He made some really good passes off ball screens. And then they saw how his body is an asset to him. How many times did he take on the contact and finish? Multiple times. And that’s big in the NBA.”UZOH IMPRESSIVE
Tulsa guard Ben Uzoh scored a team-high 20 points for the Golden Hurricane and grabbed a team-high seven rebounds. "Uzoh’s one of the best players I’ve seen in a while,” Ford said.SUTTON IN THE HOUSE

I was and always be a fan of the Sutton family and their impact on BB in
Oklahoma and at OSU. It was great to see E. Sutton at the game. He still probably won't be golfing with Holder, but he no doubt still bleeds Orange and had a lot of impact on the team that Ford is pushing up and down the court. Obie's 11 RB's was a sign of a young man who is selfless and dedicated to the success of his team. Way to go Ford and good to see you at the game Eddie.
