1:20 p.m. Nothing suspicious was found by the Oklahoma State University police or Oklahoma Highway Patrol at the OSU Multimodal facility and Monroe Parking Garage, university officials said.

The OSU Multimodal facility and Monroe Parking Garage are now open.

12:20 p.m. The Oklahoma Highway Patrol is conducting a bomb sweep of the evacuated area, Oklahoma State University spokesman Gary Shutt said.

A female called university police about 8:45 a.m. and reported a bomb at the “bus terminal,” OSU police Chief Mike Robinson said.

OSU police officers went to the scene immediately and evacuated the area, Robinson said.

Officers deterred traffic and notified university officials shortly before 10 a.m., Shutt said.

After the initial search of the area, students were allowed to go into the parking garage and remove their vehicles, Robinson said.

10:15 a.m. — Oklahoma State University officials say the OSU Multimodal is being evacuated as a precautionary measure. The public is being asked to stay away from both the Multimodal and Monroe street parking garage.

Police and firefighters are on the scene and investigating a possible threat at the facilities at Hall of Fame and Monroe.
