High ticket prices have been a hot topic for Oklahoma State fans this season. The Oklahoman polled 30 OSU fans and asked their opinions of Cowboy ticket prices. Here's a sampling of the responses:

Jay Martin, Stillwater: "I personally have been to every home game since '86 and the ticket prices were never a problem with me. Was it a blow financially? Sure it was. But, as Mike Holder says, if we want subpar football, we can still pay subpar prices."

Eric Woodworth, Edmond: "I am die hard fan though and I have always seen an increase in prices as a necessary thing. You pay for what you put on the field and we had a cheap product for too long."

Chris Anderson, Jenks: "OSU is headed in the right direction and has been since Gundy's been in charge, he has built a program that is becoming a consistent winner. Ticket prices are what they are for a reason, this is not the same OSU."

Jack Lorenz, Edmond: "We are huge Cowboy fans. Season ticket holders for football and basketball. This has been a great season so far, but our mood is always upbeat about our entire athletic program! Ticket prices are what they are."

Jason Cox, Griggs: "I understand why the price of the ticket is like it is, but it effectively kept me from affording the tickets this year being so far away. I couldn't afford the drive back and forth (350 miles one way) and the tickets this year. Definitely look forward to having season tickets again."

Brent Keisman, Allen, Texas: "I never like ticket price hikes, boo on any increases!"
