OSU Football: City Making Traffic Changes

by John Helsley Published: September 3, 2014

Attending OSU’s home opener against Missouri State? Or any of the Cowboys’ home games?

Your departure could go much smoother. At least that’s the hope of the City of Stillwater, which is implementing a new traffic management plan for OSU home football games. The plan hopes to reduce travel times for traffic leaving Stillwater after the games.

  1. Country Club Road at State Highway 51 – Timing changes and left turn restrictions for SH-51 eastbound.
  2. Squires Landing at SH-51 – Left turn restrictions for SH-51 east and westbound traffic and right turn only for north–south traffic.
