OSU is the only school to have two players still in contention for the award.
Weeden, who is also a Heisman candidate, has amassed 3,635 passing yards and 31 touchdowns this season. Blackmon, the reigning Biletnikoff Award winner, has tallied 93 catches for 1,142 yards and leads the nation with 14 receiving touchdowns.
The five finalists for the award will be named Nov. 30. The winner will be announced Dec. 8.
HEISMAN VOTING BEGINS
Heisman voting officially opened Wednesday after ballots were distributed to the 927 electors on Monday.
Voters will have until 4 p.m. Monday, Dec. 5, to cast their ballot through an online system.
The electorate includes 870 media members, all 56 living Heisman winners and one overall fan vote.
