fensive coordinator Gunter Brewer said Georgia was baiting Bryant, and he might as well get used to it.

"He’s going to face that the rest of the season,” Brewer said. "People are going to try to put snakes in his head.

"As he matures, he’ll learn they’re trying to get him in a different game.”

VIDEO GAMES
OSU defensive coordinator Bill Young is old-school, but that doesn’t mean he can’t rely on new technology. Young said he encourages his defenders who aren’t in the game to watch replays on the Boone Pickens Stadium video board.

"They can look up there, see what blocking scheme was used, ... did a guard pull or the center block this way or that way,” Young said. "Anything that might help us.”

HEADHUNTER LEGISLATION
The OSU-Georgia game was sprinkled with several penalties for illegal shots to the head by defensive backs. The NCAA this season is emphasizing the prohibition of head-to-head contact.

And Young says that’s fine with him. "It’s a great rule,” Young said. "We need to protect our players. Whatever rules they dish out, we gotta abide by them.”
