Cowboys get commitment from Chelf Oklahoma State continues to fill needs in its 2009 recruiting class, landing a quarterback Wednesday night.

Enid’s Clint Chelf was offered a scholarship Wednesday and gave the Cowboys an oral commitment, becoming the 14th member of OSU’s 2009 class, Enid coach Tommy Parker confirmed Thursday.
