OSU football notebook: Cowboys have shot at top spot in bowl winning percentage

Oklahoma State fans, here’s a reason to watch another bowl game with stronger-than-usual interest.

With some help from Vanderbilt, OSU will have a chance at the highest bowl winning percentage of any NCAA Division I team with at least 15 bowl appearances.
