No decision on Johnson's status

Oklahoma State coach Mike Gundy won't make a decision on the status of Victor Johnson until he gets the chance to talk to the junior safety.

Gundy said he would try to meet with Johnson on Tuesday regarding his recent arrest before making a decision about his future with the Cowboys.

"I haven't gotten all the information," he said. "I'm trying to get back and meet with him today (Tuesday). We'll have something, at least, by Thursday, maybe sooner than that."

Johnson, who appeared poised to return from a knee injury and play a significant role on the defense, was arrested on Saturday for obstructing an officer and made a court appearance on Monday for a separate DUI arrest on June 11.

OSU lands commit No. 15

Nacogdoches (Texas) offensive lineman Devin Davis committed to OSU on Sunday night according to multiple Internet reports.

The 6-foot-5, 250-pound offensive tackle prospect picked the Pokes shortly after a weekend visit to Stillwater.

"I liked Oklahoma State a lot and they have great facilities," Davis told GoPokes.com. "I like (offensive line) Coach (Joe) Wickline and Coach Gundy, my parents are happy with my decision."

Davis is the 15th known commitment in OSU's Class of 2011 and the third offensive line prospect, joining Navarro C.C. and former Sand Springs offensive tackle Michael Bowie and Plano (Texas) West offensive lineman Travis Cross.
