Q: Why did you pick Oklahoma State? A: I committed last summer. I liked the coaches and everybody. They seem to be really friendly, the kind of people I would like being around. My coach, (Steve) Halpin told me when you're picking a school pick a school with good people. Some other places just didn't feel right. That's why I felt Oklahoma State was the right fit.
Q: What are your impressions of the new facilities? A: It's a real nice environment with all the upgrades they're doing. It's really nice. I was very impressed. We'll have some of the top facilities in the nation. It's really good. Q: What do opposing teams think about your school's nickname the Skeeters? A: Other teams, their fans, sometimes bring flyswatters to the game. We come back with we'll give them the West Nile (virus). It's all in fun. Q: Do you have any nicknames? A: They call me AR16. That's my number. That's supposed to be the name of a high powered gun which I didn't know. I might have to change my number (at OSU). Q: How much do you know about Artrell Woods' situation? A: They told me he hurt his back. They were telling me how good he was but it was a real serious injury. I know the players think it's great he's been able to bounce back. From everything I've heard from the other players he's a real good player and could have an impact.
