The biggest road win in the Travis Ford era continues to pay dividends for the Oklahoma State hoops program.

Two days after their shocking 85-80 win at Kansas, the Cowboys have reentered the AP basketball poll, showing up at No. 22 after a four-week absence.

It's the eighth time this season they've been ranked, reaching as high as No. 15 in mid-December before stumbling out after losses to Gonzaga and Kansas State.

But a banner week, pairing the wild upset in Lawrence with a nice home win over Iowa State, has the Cowboys reemerging on the national scene. Earlier Monday, freshman Marcus Smart was named Big 12 Player of the Week.

The Cowboys return to action Wednesday in Stillwater against Baylor at 6 p.m.

Other Big 12 teams in the rankings: Kansas stumbled to No. 5 and Kansas State shot up to No. 13. No other conference teams even received votes.
